Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Adult League

Refunds No refunds will be issued to any team under any circumstances. All payment transactions are considered final and irreversible. This policy remains applicable even when teams have requested are scheduled game or were unable to play a league game due to a conflict, and the EIC-RHL cannot fulfill such requests. Concerning individual refunds for players, the responsibility for resolving such matters shall rest with the team managers, who are expected to discuss with their rostered players to reach mutually agreeable resolutions. The EIC-RHL explicitly disclaims any involvement or responsibility in addressing financial disputes that may arise between the team manager and their rostered players.

Adult League Clinic

Refunds are only granted for valid reasons, such as medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, and requests must be directed to the Adult League Director. No refunds are given for no-shows or late requests. If the organizer cancels the clinic, a refund will be issued.
